30 Days to Whole Health

 Give yourself 30 days to detox from everything toxic, from foods to thoughts.  If you happen to choose something not on the list just start again.  Don’t worry about going off track.  Just get back on it. 

This is not about losing weight it is about life changing habits, about learning about your needs, tools that will help keep you on track, tips to incorporate daily.
